You will benefit from a shared swimming pool with the owner of 6.50 X 4m open from May 4 to October 12, 2024 heated by a heat pump and covered by a shelter.
Two unenclosed outdoor spaces are at your disposal: at the front, private south-facing land with picnic-type garden table, barbecue and shade sail. At the back, shared land with the owner including the swimming pool, a relaxation area with garden furniture and deckchairs.
To discover nearby: the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park with the Plomb du Cantal and the Prat de Bouc pass, the Garabit viaduct and the Grandval dam, the Truyère gorges and the Alagnon valley, the Super-Lioran ski resort 25 km.
On the ground floor, large living room with stove (wood €50/week and €35/weekend), fully equipped kitchen area, lounge area with flat screen TV, DVD player, hifi system, wifi internet access, separate toilet with washbasin. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 160x200 bed that can be separated into 2 80x200 beds (ventilation by VMC only), 2 shower rooms with toilet (jet shower). On the 2nd floor, fitness equipment available: rowing machine and elliptical stepper. Electric heating according to consumption. Beds made on arrival. Cleaning deposit 50€. Swimming pool available from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
