The space
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. 1 Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.We have several townhouses, each designed to give you a beautiful place to stay. Guest access
It is easiest to get around the neighbourhood with a car. There is parking available wherever you go and the townhouse itself has a garage and a driveway for a total of two parking spots. There is also visitor parking in the townhouse complex. The closest grocery store is Fortinos, 10-minutes away by car.
Other things to note
According to our rules we need to have the information about our guests prior to arrival, i.e. every guests names and their ID details. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an antifraud measure. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18.Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given to the concierge ARE NOT allowed into the building. The refund won't be provided.- Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.- We have Travel Crib (0-18 month) and Bed Rails. 10$ per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

Please provide this information. * NO PARTY POLICY The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, GLOBALSTAY has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: - 150$ service call - 200$ cleaning fees
