Crystal Views is a proper 4,792 sqft Beach House - located right on the sand! This fantastic 10 bedroom, 10 bath, is both townhomes combined! The Gulf Front home features 4 gulf front suites, 2 garages that will fit a compact car in each, and room for 4 vehicles in the driveway. The association requests a 6-car limit. Spectacular views to east and west give you fantastic sunset and shoreline viewing in both directions. Watch the kids play on your private beach from the huge decks on all 3 levels.
This spacious home sleeps 24 comfortably, 6 bedrooms with King beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with 2 twins, and two bunk rooms with 16 twins as well as a two queen Sleeper Sofas. Enjoy plenty of living space, with the two living rooms and two kitchens on the second floor, a second mini kitchen in both of the first-floor master suites, and a two additional living rooms on the third floor. Pointe of View is also just a few minutes' drive from all Destin has to offer, including go-kart rentals, dolphin cruises, charter fishing, parasailing, Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center, and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
