Please note if you are staying for more than 45 nights, we require a Mid-stay clean at your expense. We just want to make sure the home is kept clean and in good conditions. The cleaning also includes changing the linen in the home.
As part of the guest responsibility, we ask that you are mindful of the electricity usage as we only cover up to $300 in utility bills and the excess will be billed back to you. We have never had a guest use more than $250 so this should not be an issue at all as long as the AC is not set to 65 when no one is in the home.
