Positive: The location is very good.
Negative: The management is so pushy. Kept badgering me for a time when I booked between 7-8. Who knows on flights an exact time? As it turns out we left an hour late from London. We keep minute to minute messages with her and even took private water taxi instead of shared and she still tried to ask for extra $. We got there at 8. As anyone knows navigating Venice in and out is a nightmare. She was very put off when we arrived. We called the very next morning to say there’s a huge AC leak down the wall the whole rug was wet and the wall bubbled up behind the painting, so you know it’s been there a long time. We could not use that seating area the whole time. We just put a bucket there to catch the water with some bathmat. No one came to see what the issue was! The one bathroom very smelly from we believe maybe the bidet is not sealed properly very nasty odor. Then she said put all your trash outside around back at end of stay. We looked everywhere and could not find …it there is no back worth trash cans? They should have all this described in a book with pictures etc to guide you. We messaged her and her advice was to walk it through town to some dump area. Are you kidding me not once did I see someone doing this and for the price we left everything spotless the least you can do it take care of the garbage if it’s a huge issue in Venice. At 9am with luggage we are not going to run to a dump site. I will never book here again.
