Mariposa 2nd Floor Carriage Home in private gated golf and yacht club community.. This is a spacious (2277 sq ft) second floor condo with 15 ft ceilings and triple crown molding throughout. Open floor plan. Fully furnished, turn-key and nicely decorated. Features include 3 large bedrooms, each with walk in closets, a spacious den/office and 2 full baths overlooking the beautiful private garden setting. Granite countertops, eat-in kitchen, gas range and large pantry. Triple slider doors in great room open to the lanai. Tile floors in main living area, with berber-style carpet in the bedrooms. Wireless network (WiFi), and Comcast Infinity cable. The condo has an oversized 2 car attached garage. Sorry, no pets.
This gated community offers complimentary access to the sub-division heated and cooled pool, hot tub, and community grills. The Gulf Harbour community is simply beautiful. Our unit is very close to the pool and gas grills, and within walking distance of the country club, marina, and river front where there is a private island for residents and guests. The pool area has a large spa and the water in pool and spa is heated.
Gulf Harbour is located on the shores of the Caloosahatchee River and is only 10 minutes from Fort Myers beach and Sanibel Island. Situated in a 547 acre gated community that offers a luxurious lifestyle with world-class golf, tennis, dinning, fitness/spa, jogging paths, playground and private beach.
Great location for dining, shopping, beaches and miles of biking and walking trails. Just 15 miles from the Southwest International Airport and a few miles from the Ferry to Key West.
Membership to the country club or sports membership NOT INCLUDED with this condo, but there are many nearby golf courses and restaurants for your enjoyment.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS AND NOTES:
BOOKING MUST BE MADE THREE WEEKS or more in advance prior to check-in due to the HOA requirements and screening.
HOA Application Fees (approx $200.00) will be the TENANT'S (renter's) responsibility. The lease (lease is required) and applications are turned into the HOA for approval, AT THE TIME OF THE BOOKING.
Lease is contingent on HOA approval. Minimum 30-31 day rental. No pets per HOA, unless it is a service pet, and then you must have a written letter from your doctor (on-line certificates, not permitted). Service Animals must be approved by the HOA Board. An additional deposit may be required for service animals.
Full month rental required (i.e. must rent the first through the thirtieth or thirty-first, beginning to end of month). We cannot split months.
