3 Bedroom House in Hunt Club, Palm Beach Gardens
Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, but with direct access to multiple beaches, championship golf courses, spring training fields, marinas, airports and great restaurants and shopping, it’s no wonder that we love this house and the area!
We do not charge a cleaning fee but any additional cleanings during your stay can be scheduled for $175 if available. Our home is professionally cleaned between each guest. Our guests love how the place brings everyone together. The open living area flows into the tropical backyard with its large pool, palm trees and “cocktail” citrus tree.
Recently remodeled with new beds and fresh paint for carefree living. Whether you are here for a family get-away, beach vacation, or in town for work, the house is set up for the best of all worlds!

Bedrooms: There are three bedrooms in total.
1-Master with one king bed.
2-Queen bed.
3-Full over full bunk bed.
There is also a portable crib if requested.
Kitchen:
All brand new fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, toaster, filtered water, ice maker. Dining room table for up to 6. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy!
Bathrooms:
Master bath— walk-in shower.
Guest bath— tub and shower.
Both fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer and fresh towels and wash cloths.
Cleaning:
Brand new washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, vacuum, broom and general cleaning supplies. Home is equipped with a Reme Halo In-Duct Air Purification System Ionizer.
Entertainment:
60” Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and Chromecast to play any of your personal media apps that are Chromecast enabled. Smart thermostat with voice control. GoogleHome with Spotify premium music installed.m. You can also play your own music via GoogleMusic Cast. 300+mbps high speed whole-house WiFi to keep you connected.
Outside:
The backyard’s focus is the saltwater pool, fun, and relaxation! There is a covered table for shaded seating to enjoy outdoor meals cooked on the large gas/charcoal grill. We have pool toys, inflatables, fun outdoor games like cornhole, and even a swing set for smaller children. Pool towels will be available for you to use both at the pool and the beach. You will also have access to a cooler, beach umbrella, snorkel set, long board and other beach items to enjoy. The pool is heated by the sun May-October. A pool heater is available for other times of the year for an extra electric charge of $50 one time activation and then a $20 per night fee to keep it running to heat the pool to 85 degrees. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.
Family:
For our guests traveling with children and infants, we have a baby bath insert, pack and play, children’s books, toys, plates, dinnerware, cups and outlet covers.
Our guests have access to the entire property other than the outside shed and one of the three bedroom closets. The rest of the property, both inside and outside, is yours to enjoy.
A pool heater is available if requested for an extra electric charge of $50 one time activation and then a $20 per night fee to keep it running to heat the pool to 85 degrees.
Tesla charger available for guests to charge their car. No additional fee for this.
We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay with a combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
A $25 per animal per night fee will be added to your rate. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.

VERY IMPORTANT:
If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced or other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:
No parties or events allowed without prior approval. You will immediately loose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500 and will need to leave if this happens.
Examples:
Booking a stay with 3 people and then inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.
Booking a stay with 4 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.
Our house rates are based off 4 guests and we can accommodate up to 8 for additional fees. For guest comfort it’s recommended that a maximum of 6 adults book. See bed layout as one bedroom has a full bunk bed. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests are staying when you book. The 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night. Any guests over 8 guests will be charged $250 per night.
Our driveway can easily fit 4 cars. This is more than enough for up to 8 guests. If cars are parked in the yard this usually means there is a party or event going on so there is a 4 car maximum in the driveway. Cars parked on street will be towed by the city. Cars parked in the yard will be charged $100 per car
While we love animals we require a $25 per night pet fee for additional cleaning and wear and tear. Please let us know if you are bringing your pet at the time if booking. If undisclosed animals are brought there will be a $100 per night charge added to the stay. Dogs are never allowed in the pool. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.
