Nestled in the hills, just 1 km from Dundowran beach, this exquisite retreat offers Panoramic ocean views of the bay that merge seamlessly with a magnesium infinity pool. This stylish two story abode can accommodate 10 guests. It boasts modern architecture & design and luxury sleeping arrangements and amenities throughout. We offer 4 bedrooms, 3 have full ocean & pool views. We have 2 king rooms, the master is exquisite with ocean views & a luxury ensuite with a jet spa bath. 3 bedrooms lead to the front deck and one queen room accesses the back deck, all are fitted with quality bedding and mattresses. We have a huge living area, 75inch smart tv which has plenty of comfortable seating and ocean views throughout. We have a large formal dining area that can accomodate 10 people for meals. We have a huge deck with couches, dining and a bbq to use. Downstairs we have a rumpus room with a queen sofa bed, also chosen for quality sleep. We have a 65inch smart Tv, air con, a dedicated workspace and another bathroom. We have a gorgeous open kitchen with top of the range appliances. We have also installed a dart board and ping pong table in the garage area for extra entertaninment. Our backyard is also fully fenced, has a decking and seating area and is perfect for little pets to wander the grounds. We have thought of every detail to make guests stay as unique and luxurious as possible.
