In the custom-designed kitchen, you’ll find stainless appliances, cabinets made from Craftsman tool boxes, and an island refurbished from an antique millwork table. Add flavor to any meal with herbs from the irrigated garden outside. Then gather at the large table for a relaxing meal. After dinner, unwind in front of the limestone fireplace on the leather sofa and two armchairs. Spend the day lounging by the pool grilling on the Parilla or Green Egg. Bring over games and books from the bedroom wing for a quiet and relaxing evening or hop in the hot tub to watch the sunset.
The two guest rooms include wrought-iron headboards and unique artwork. One room also has a 20” TV and a double-door access to the hot tub outside. The main bedroom also features artwork as well as an en suite bathroom with a clawfoot tub.
The outdoor living area sits between the two wings of the home. The vaulted ceiling and fan will keep you cool as you sit in the Adirondacks to watch the sunrise and drink coffee. A dry bar makes this a perfect spot to just relax with family. If you want to throw a Texas-style cookout, you can take your pick between a Custom Argentinian Parilla or a Big Green Egg BBQ.
