You're a short 15 minute Uber ride to downtown Nashville, 5 minutes from the airport, or a 5 minute ride to some of the best local restaurants in Historic Donelson. You are minutes away from Opry Mills mall and Opryland for your Opry weeknd! The property sits on over an acre with a fully fenced in backyard. The home has hosted many weddings and events, or is great for a weekend getaway with the whole family.
The original gazebo in the backyard is STRUCTURALLY UNSOUND & is considered dangerous, please do not enter!!
The property dates back to the 1600s when we were a territory of North Carolina. The earliest documentation of our home dates back to 1819 when a Governor lived here. He loved hosting, hence the need for a full bar off the living room :) The home has 4 gorgeous but non-working fireplaces.
