This beautiful new downtown loft overlooks the city and cobblestone streets of Morris Avenue in a newly restored historic building with a modern industrial flare. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants and convenient to any downtown location! Spacious interior with everything you need for a comfortable stay- a blend of bohemian and traditional style furnishings, full kitchen, bar seating, living area, bedroom with a large walk in closet and a large balcony overlooking the city!
You’ll have the whole place to yourselves! There is also a shared rooftop patio on the same floor overlooking Morris that guests are welcome to use! The building has a cool pedestrian walkway that runs along the lower level connecting Morris Avenue and 1st Avenue N. There are restaurants, art galleries and boutique shopping in the lower level of the building! There is both metered and unmetered street parking. The metered spots are free on nights and weekends.
