Very well-kept, stylish holiday home, on a plot with two houses (the quiet owner couple lives in the front house).
Electric entrance gate and internal car park.
The holiday home was renovated in 2017 and completely refurnished. It has: 2 bedrooms (one with double bed / one with two single beds), each with ensuite bathroom. Large built-in wardrobes. Living/dining room with SAT-TV (Switzerland/Germany/France).
Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher). Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, cleaning cupboard, hoover.
Living/dining room and both bedrooms with hot/cold air conditioning.
Outdoor area: terrace with table/chairs, sun awning, sun loungers and gas barbecue. Separate sunbathing area behind the house.
Pool 4x8m, (use by both parties), water temperature all year approx. 28°! Outdoor shower and outdoor WC.
Available: Linen for bed, bath, kitchen, pool.
Beach chairs/sunshades also available.
The garden has Mediterranean plants and fruit trees (lemon, orange, mandarin, medlar).
Location: quiet, right on the edge of the village, sun all day and all year round. Shopping facilities, ATM, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance.
Various sports facilities in the neighbourhood: horse riding, tennis, karting, water sports, golf.

Location description: Els Poblets is a small, quiet old Venetian village surrounded by orange groves. It is located near the mountains and on the edge of the Mediterranean, 8 kilometres north of Denia. However, it is not only the location, but also the mild climate that attracts visitors from all over Europe to this small village. It offers bars, restaurants, cash machine, pharmacy, supermarket and various shops. The patron saint festival "El Salvador" takes place over 9 days at the end of July/beginning of August with parades, children's activities, concerts and fireworks.
