This beautiful villa in Bogomolje - Hvar is the best choice if you want to spend your vacation in a peaceful and quiet environment away from summer noise and crowds, enjoy the abundance of sun on the pebble beaches, with the sparkle of the crystal clear sea.
This beautiful villa extends over 2000 square meters and can accommodate 8 people as guests. The villa is very quiet and offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is rented as a fenced plot with garden, swimming pool, children's playground, private parking, indoor and outdoor grill and a covered seating area. It is located in Bogomolje, a small village on the island of Hvar.
The combination of old Mediterranean stone construction and modern equipment as well as the beautiful surroundings of bays and beaches with the crystal clear sea make this villa idyllic. The villa offers a combination of peace, comfort and elegance of rustic style with modern minimalism. The property consists of 3 newly built stone houses:
- from a larger central house (about 100 m2),
- a smaller house (40 m2) and and new built one accross the pool teracce for 2 more persons and with own bathroom
- a round stone house for grilling and indoor living as a reminder of the forgotten way of island life and a memorial to hard work.
On the ground floor of the larger central house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a corner sofa, TV / SAT and a fireplace and a staircase leading up to the right to two large bedrooms with Tv / Sat and exit to the balcony. In the smaller house, decorated with hunting trophies, there is an internal large antique wood fireplace, a dining room for 10 people, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a wooden staircase leading to the gallery with two beds. The whole house is air-conditioned and has WiFi.
Guests can enjoy the special ambiance of the outdoor area, decorated with many stone and wooden details in the garden, whith various Mediterranean plants. Whole property is for your private use, it is not shared with other guests.
