Villa Belvedere is a brand new villa located only 1.5km from small Mediterranean town Omiš, Cetina river, and sandy beach, offering opened and panoramic sea views. Perfectly organized for a very comfortable stay for a family gathering for a total of 8+2 people. It is impeccably equipped in a modern and luxurious style containing simply everything needed for a comfortable holiday. In a very quiet and private environment and again so close to the center of Omiš.
With panoramic sea views, you are invited to relax whilst watching the sunrise or a sunset over the Adriatic.
*The outdoor area VILLA BELVEDERE offers you a 36m2 swimming pool with sun deck area and 8 sun deck chairs, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a grill, fridge, and covered outdoor dining area. There is also a separate toilet and an outdoor shower.
*On the lower ground floor (next to the garage) is an air-conditioned room with a pool table and a sitting area, next to it is a playroom with TV, game console PS4, free WiFi, A/C a great place for children all ages and also a sofa can open in bed if needed. Outdoor offers 4 parking places, next to one garage place, and a car is recommended for this location.
*The ground floor level (the pool level) offers a Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 200-210cm (can separate into 2 single), A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and sea views.
