Summary: You advertised the room is 83 sq meter on your web and I end up with a room which is less than 20 sq meter !! Your customer service who are all from India can’t even understand the difference between sq meter and sq feet ! they lie about making a call to the hotel which they have never do so with me alone standing at the front desk at 1 a.m. !! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!
