Summary: This stay was not worth $600+ a night, at all. Just meh, average. Most of the staff tried really hard (particularly my housekeeping person, she was lovely, dealing with a room issue), but there was zero wow factor. Room was very average, nothing special at all. A $200 room, not even close to $600 + all the taxes/fees. Even if “busy season”. For the price I paid I expected a bit of wow / “niiice” factor, there was none of that. I actually feel taken advantage of, for what I paid for this booking experience. And expect a lot of loud Americans.
