OK Hostel Madrid is located in the bohemian Barrio La Latina, in the heart of Madrid's historic center and just a few steps from the metro line and main tourist attractions such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and the world-famous Museum Triangle.
Each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Every day we organize social events such as walking tours, social dinners, bar crawls that you will love. PAYMENT POLICIES AND CONDITIONS:
â€" The credit or debit card used must be valid and the cardholder must be the same person who made the reservation. Otherwise, the Hostel will request a written authorization from the cardholder.
For Non-refundable reservations:
- Non-refundable reservations are prepaid by debit or credit card
- The hostel charges the full amount of the reservation within 24 hours of booking.
- If the reservation is canceled there will be no refund
For Standard reservations:
- Payment on arrival for standard reservations in cash , credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express
- Cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival date fully refunded.

â€" Breakfast - 8:00 a.m. / 10:30 a.m.

HOSTEL RULES:
â€" Only guests can access the Hostel facilities.
â€" Smoking or drinking is not allowed inside the rooms.
â€" It is not allowed to make noise after 22:00 inside the rooms or in the corridors.
â€" Respect the number of guests per room (only 4 or 6 per room, depending on the typology).
â€" Do not damage the Hostel's equipment.
â€" Respect the privacy of other guests and neighbors.
â€" The consumption of breakfast products is exclusively during breakfast hours and inside the hostel.
*In case of misconduct, disregard for rules or material damage to equipment, we will charge an extra â€œrude guestâ€ fee to pay for the damage caused.
