Positive: The location right on the beach was wonderful.
Negative: The hotel seemed to nickel-and-dime you a bit. For example, there was free coffee but only between 6am-7am every morning if you were willing to get up that early. Otherwise, it was $4 per cup. Why not just provide that for guests? Many other places have free coffee in the lobby all day. Also, the prices in the restaurant are too high for what you get. I got the feeling the feeling the staff did not want us to leave to go eat elsewhere because when I asked about transport to Coco, it was made clear to me that taxis were $20 each way but at the end of our stay we realized we could have taken the public bus very easily.
