Positive: Hotel in general and the bellboys
Negative: Team in the reception should be trained to talk professionally to their guests, in which they did not to us! Our 1st room had a A/C that didn’t work. In the 2nd room we had, the capacity of the A/C did not manage to cool down the room to below 22.7 degrees
