Summary: Very friendly staff, we were upgraded to a lovely suite which was very comfortable and much appreciated. Lovely heritage hotel from 1910. The room was tasteful and very clean, although the hotel grounds (pool) appear to need some investment and proper maintenance. Dining options were also a bit disappointing and would recommend dining out.
