Positive: While we truly appreciated the hotel’s ideal location, sadly the service fell short, restaurant staff seemed inexperienced and inattentive, even when a drink was spilled and no offer of replacement was made. Our so‑called standard room felt more like a pantry: thin-walled, noisy from adjacent rooms and overhead without a terrace or scenic view, and missing any welcome amenity to truly make us feel valued. Despite notifying reception, they made no effort to relocate or follow up with us
