Summary: Hotel Valldemossa is an amazing property in an amazing town. The service, atmosphere, rooms, amenities, etc are all fantastic. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a boutique hotel. The town is so picturesque and idyllic, it's like being in a fairytale. I would totally go back! If I had one criticism (and it would only be because I ate there once a few years ago before the new ownership) but I preferred the old menu from the previous restaurant. The new restaurant features a Japanese/Spanish fushion menu that was good, with fresh ingredients and surprising combinations, however it was not what I went to Spain to enjoy. Maybe they could consider also offering some more traditional items for those of us who have traveled halfway across the world to have a more authentic experience. Thank you for a lovely and memorable stay!
