4 Bedroom House in Lake Berkley, Kissimmee
A stunning, larger than average 4 Bed 3 Bathroom villa that had a recent major refurbishment . There are 2 sitting rooms both with lots of comfortable seating. Both rooms have large screen TVs, ideal for when the adults want to watch the latest sports programme whilst the kids enjoy the latest Disney film. Netflix subscription is also included giving you an even wider choice of TV programmes.
The dining room has a large, formal table that seats 8 for dinner.
The kitchen has new appliances, granite counters, plenty of dishware and space for even the most accomplished of chefs. There is a large breakfast bar in the kitchen for casual dining.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and 40" TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite and TV. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed. The fourth bedroom is a twin with beautiful cartoon characters hand painted on the walls.
There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Our villa has it's own games room with table football.
Outside we have a private pool with chairs and sun loungers for your use. There is also a gas BBQ.
