This 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom beautiful private home with private pool and spa is located in the popular Orange Tree Community close to the Disney Area. Enjoy the bright lights of the Disney fireworks and embrace the sights and sounds of the happiest place on earth. When your done at the attractions enjoy your Clermont Disney Area vacation villa. A private home all your own. The home provides spacious living area with large sofas, Flat Screen Tv and Dvd Player. Fully equipped kitchen and dining room. As well as breakfast nook for a quick bite before heading to the parks!
The spacious home features two master bedrooms, perfect for sharing families. The first master suite offers a King Size Bed, dresser, TV, overlooking the pool area, and attached bathroom. The master bathroom has a large roman tub, walk-in shower and double vanity.The second master suite has a Queen bed, dresser, TV, closet and attached bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms each provide two twin size beds, TV and closet and both share the third full bathroom with a shower / tub combo, sink and toilet.
The garage has been converted into a games room, perfect for tiring the kids out some more (if the pool hasn t already done that!) it offers multiple different gaming tables such as, pool table, air hockey table, football table and basketball. The home also benefits from a washer and dryer and free high speed internet.
There is nothing better and refreshing than jumping into your own private pool and spa after a long day in the Florida heat, the pool can be heated for an additional cost.. There is plenty of seating with loungers for tanning, or a covered lanai with a table and four chairs perfect for morning coffees or late night wine!
