The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This home is the entire 2nd floor of a 2 story fourplex. High ceilings & huge balcony. Casa Blanca is centrally located in beautiful Miramar in the Convention Center district. You can walk to Distrito T Mobile, the Convention Center, Condado Lagoon and more. This is the entire 2nd floor of a large house. It has its own staircase and entrance from the outside. This unit has sweeping high ceilings and is roomy and bright. There is a huge balcony for this unit only. At this time, we are doing construction on a back house and the garden, so the outside is still in transition, however the inside is fully remodeled and complete. This is the entire 2nd floor of the house and the attached huge balcony. We don't include parking with the unit, we offer street parking only, however if the you are willing to *share* the driveway with the guests in the downstairs unit you may use it. Understand this may mean you get blocked in or block other guests and will need to be considerate to work this out. Thank you. We are available by phone, text, and email. We live nearby if needed but otherwise will be out of your way. The neighborhood is in the hotel/tourist district of Miramar/ San Juan. This island themed house is located in a strategic area of San Juan Puerto Rico. In a tourist district that will certainly make you feel like you are on vacation in a secure and calm area. It is perfect for business travel and also to enjoy the local area. Near the Convention Center, Sheraton Casino Metro, Texas de Brazil, Metropol Rest. (cuban food), Olive Garden, Longhorn Steak House, Condado Beach, Ashford Ave, and lots of local restaurants and hip places to drink and socialize. Just a few blocks from the Condado Lagoon and beach (where you could find fun activities like kayaking and paddle boarding), The Panamerican Cruise ship terminal, San Juan Bay Marine and Isla Grande Airport (where you could book trips to Vieques & Culebra). The Luis Muñoz Marin airport is located 13 minutes away from the apartment. Some of the hot touristic spots: Old San Juan, El Morro National Monument, Paseo Caribe, Isla Verde, The Mall of San Juan, La Placita de Santurce, etc. you could get an Uber or scooter. This specific area is perfect for anyone that enjoys running or jogging: lots of sightseeing at walking/scooter/biking distance. Walking around the neighborhood you can easily walk to T-Mobile Distrito, which is a nice social area to visit. You can walk to Ponce de Leon (a major street) or to the lagoon or even the beach. Condado is also accessible by walking. Uber's are also easily accessible if you'd like to travel farther. At this time, we are doing construction on a back house and the garden, so the outside is still in transition, however the inside is fully remodeled and complete as well as the huge balcony which was just redone.
