Summary: Sheena at front desk was gracious, helpful, and knowledgeable! Forced charge of $50/night for possible "incidentals" to be subtracted from fee; charge was immediate and without a receipt; refund is delayed 7-10 days after departure from venue and from travel area; and without knowing if "incidentals" were levied. Room's entrance door did not easily latch/lock upon closure; door needed to be forcefully pulled closed for lock to engage. Condition of room, especially bathroom, was poor: broken bathroom walls and long-time accumulation of dirt on bathroom baseboards. Electric outlets on bedside lamps wouldn't hold plugs for recharging devices. The very few TV channels provided offered nothing decent to watch - no movies and not even a news station.
