Summary: The front desk agent was sarcastic and unhelpful. She spoke sooo fast and threw so much info into one breath that I had to ask her a couple of times to repeat herself and she responded sarcastically and with exasperation. We arrived late at night after a very long drive and they put us in the absolute farthest room upstairs without any convenient elevator access. I had to push a large cart by myself and she didn’t offer any help. The room itself smelled weird, had some mold/grime/broken caulking in the shower, was missing a lamp, had an alarm clock that wasn’t plugged in and didn’t even have a power cord and didn’t work, had a really noisy A/C-Heater that rattled everytime it came on and finally, there wasn’t a single USB port to charge our phones. They said not all the rooms had been upgraded for power cords yet. And their TV channels sucked. No streaming options. Every other hotel we stayed at on this trip had streaming options and USB ports. On the plus side- there are free s’more kits and the shower had really good water pressure
