This cute cottage is in the middle of a small traditional Turkish village. The age of the cottage is around 400 years and a recent renovation was carried out, carefully retaining many of the original features and also improving and modernizing the cottage to Western expectations but keeping everything neat and simple. There is a kitchen/dining area and a TV/sitting room and downstairs toilet/shower room. Outside is private pool and BBQ area with table and chairs on the patio.
This is a good way to sample a real Turkish dwelling although modernized to suit Western tastes, but set among other small traditional Turkish homes in Kaya Valley, quite well known for its deserted Greek village featured in Louis de Bernierre's book, Birds Without Wings. This small but adorable cottage is in a very tranquil valley but also close to the bustling towns and holiday resorts of Olu Deniz, Hisaronu and of course the big market town of Fethiye. All are a short drive away, as are the more famous archaeological sites from the Byzantine, Lycian and Roman times. A fascinating place to explore.

Summary: A stunning cottage very well maintained fully equiped, comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. Perfect place for a holiday specially with little ones for us it was truly a little piece of heaven waking up every morning to beautiful views.The owners were very friendly and were on hand if we had any problems which we didnt have. lots to do and see in this area a few good resturants near the villa you will need a car but dont worry the owners will sort that for you aperfect holiday villa with added bonus THE PRIVATE POOL which we enjoyed every day . The villa is in a peaceful village away from the hustle and bustle we enjoyed it very much . 2 weeks were not enough so we will be retuning again for full summer holiday . Thank you brother Ahmed and Cem for all your help . I recommed this villa to EVERYONE and just want to say WE LOVED IT IN TURKEY (KAYA KOY)AN YOU WILL LOVE IT TOO! you wont be disapointed we had every thing to start our holiday bread milk bikkis everything so than you very much see you very soon mohammed from birmingham
