Summary: The house itself is OK and somewhat clean but the surrounding houses are a bit sketchy. House next door is abandoned and we didn't feel safe. Tried to get a refund on the property being that we decided to stay at another location due to safety concerns, and we never got a response back from owners. Also, it took a while for us to get any details from owners as to the code to get into the house. Had to call VRBO to get another contact number for them. Overall, when they did give us the code, they seemed pleasant so I want to give them a good review for that. Once definite plus, if you can overlook the safety concerns, they are very close to El Faro de Arecibo and the Cuevas del Indio. excellent day trip for both and a must see. Also, in Manati, a must is Playa Mar Chiquita. Great snorkeling and a good fun day at the beach.
