Cancellations (updated July 10, 2024): A down payment is required to confirm your reservation. If you cancel a reservation seven days or more before the scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night’s rental rate in the unit reserved. If you reserved before July 10, 2024, please refer to the cancellation policy sent to you when booking.
Smoking is allowed on balconies or patios only. There is a $500 cleaning fee for smoking in rooms.
This is a pet-friendly room - small pets are allowed with a signed contract. There is a fee of $25 per pet, per night.
