Bring your family & friends and enjoy this very unique, charming & very spacious 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bath lakefront home. 45 minutes from Legoland!
This charming home is located within a short driving distance from The famous 12-hour Sebring racetrack, Beautiful fishing Lakes, and River Green Golf course, and only 5 minutes away from Avon park's downtown historic area. The home is also just minutes away from a Super Walmart, other markets, malls, movies, shops & restaurants.
Donaldson park has a charming lake beach that is located 5 minutes away. Take the kids to the playground, or have a nice picnic overlooking the Great Lakes.
Guest must follow all city ordinances and state & local official guidelines. Sleeps up to 8 Guests
We want everyone to enjoy their time. Please be courteous & respectful to the neighborhood and our neighbors.
We have 2 properties on-site. The main house is used to host guests. The Inlaw's quarter, which is located outback (detached from the main home) is rented to a long-term tenant. Please do not disturb the tenant.
ORLANDO: Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea-World and Universal Studio's, 90 minutes away.
OTHER ATTRACTIONS include shopping venues, resturants and numerous 9 + holes of golf. LEGOLAND is a 40 minute drive.

Summary: We came to the area to visit some family after debarking from a cruise & it was perfect! It was a large and spacious home to have my husbands brother and kids over for BBQ. The two game rooms kept the kids busy. We loved the massive chess game! The house decor is super cute and my 11-year-old son absolutely LOVED all the fishing decor all over the home! We chose this home because of the location directly across the road from the lake. My son loves to fish and that was the plan while we stayed here. Unfortunately, we found out the lake doesn’t really have any docks or and places to fish from. Thankfully the host was great in providing recommendations to other fishing areas close by. There is LOTS of lakes in the area and my son caught lots of fish! We plan to be back one day!!!
