This cozy, one-bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo located in the beautiful, tropical beachfront Island Paradise Beach Village community in Frigate Bay, was completely renovated in 2022, resulting in a bright and modern vacation home away from home. Almost everything inside this condo has been updated and/or replaced, from an extra half bathroom being added, to all new appliances, refinished furniture, new kitchen cabinets, new lighting and much more. The constant ocean breezes create a peaceful paradise atmosphere for this condo, which is quiet, clean, comfortable and modern.
Island Paradise Beach Village is a very quiet, friendly community with acres of open gardens that surround a beautiful community pool (with a swim-up bar) and barbecue area located in the middle of the property. The condo is steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, and just a short walk to the Caribbean Sea. While the Island Paradise beachfront is not recommended for swimming, the Marriott Beach Resort & Casino (on the Atlantic Ocean) is only a 5 minute walk and it is a 10-15 minute walk to the Frigate Bay/Timothy Hill Beach (on the Caribbean Sea). Frigate Bay is home to many excellent restaurants, water sports, bars and entertainment - all within walking distance of the condo. There is also a great restaurant option (Coconut Grove) and bar (Buda Bar) at the entrance to the property and several other wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, taxi stand, liquor stores, and more on the same street as Island Paradise! And the Royal St. Kitts Golf Club is at the end of the street and is home to a breathtaking 18-holes of incredible views! Island Paradise is located in the most centralized, convenient and popular location on St. Kitts!!!

Being a popular cruise ship destination, St. Kitts has many tours, activities and entertainment options for every traveler. In the capital of Basseterre, you can check out Port Zante, the St. Kitts National Museum, Independence Square, and the Circus. Take a tour to historic Brimstone Hill Fortress, Caribelle Batik at Romney Manor, Mount Liamuiga Volcano & Rain Forest, Black Rocks Beach, or a full, panoramic tour of the island. And visiting the sister island of Nevis is just a water taxi or ferry away.
