The split level floor plan offers a large kitchen, breakfast nook, full bathroom, Washer, Dyer and large Living Room on the first floor. The second floor offers a spacious loft with 2 Twin beds and a closed queen sized bedroom with large guest closet.
Wonderful covered front porch, large back deck with grill and spacious back yard offer tons of outdoor entertaining. Picket fence enclosure is perfect for letting your pet off the leash to run around.Off street parking for 1 vehicle is provided behind the house. Plenty of street parking in front of the property. Kathy’s Place is ideal for UK sporting events, Keeneland Races, Horse Park Eventing, and Lexington's Town Branch is on the Official Bourbon Trail.

Located a block from Ashland: Henry Clay's Estate which was established in 1811 and is a beautiful preserve of historic property and nature. Tons of shopping, restaurants and bars in Chevy Chase, Downtown and the Warehouse Block. Grocery, liquor store, drug store all within a mile. Lextran picks up nearby and has frequent scheduled runs to downtown and Keeneland Race Track. Location is about an $8 Uber/Lyft to downtown/Rupp Arena.
