Summary: The building is in a great spot, seems secure and nice amenities (pool was closed during our stay). The unit we stayed in desperately needs a deep cleaning - ceiling fans are gross, caulk in baths needs redone, floors sticky, counters & cabinets all need to be cleaned with something streak free, windows to bedroom have dirt and kiss/lip marks (gross). Wall paint needs touch up and carpets are stained. The closet doors on 2nd floor are a death trap. The fireplace beeps but never turns on. I am pretty certain that the missing smoke detectors on the 2nd floor are 100% against fire code. I hate to dog pile here, but it was expensive to stay here and these things are basic. There are a lot of great things about the place with the location and amenities. I hope you will correct the issues for the next person.
