The expansive floor plan offers more than enough room for seven residents with an oversized leather couch and accompanying love seat. The sofa faces the cozy fireplace and HDTV, offering a wonderful location to gather with friends and family members to enjoy the holidays. Decorated with well-appointed furnishings that distinctly represent elements of Colorado's ski history, this townhome is the epitome of a mountain house vacation rental. In the adjoining dining area, guests will find a formal table with seating for eight, and an additional breakfast bar that seats four. The Keystone Resort shuttle comes by every ten to fifteen minutes and will take guests right into River Run Village, Lakeside Village, and the Mountain House Base Area. This resort shuttle can also take guests to many nearby activities including hockey, sleigh rides, paddle boating, canoeing and golf. During the summer, opt for the bike bath on the north side of the complex, just across Montezuma Road which will take you throughout Summit County. Guests of Ski Tip Townhomes have the luxury of using the fenced hot tubs which provide a sense of privacy, yet still offer exceptional views. Guests also have access to the Dakota Lodge outdoor heated pool and exercise facilities during their stay at this townhome.
Along with easy access to the ski lifts via shuttle, you are just three quarters of a mile from Keystone Resort's village action.
