*Please note that there is no cable tv, local tv channels, or live tv.

*Guests do not have access to the garage, the rest of the house is fine.
-There is a Blink camera near the front door and near the back patio. Cameras are on and they are for safety and security purposes.
-This listing has a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sounds) and notifies the host or the host’s agents if it gets too loud.
-Please ask first for early check in. The early check in fee is $10 per hour before 3PM.
HOUSE RULES:
· Garbage pickup is Wednesday, please have the garbage containers out for garbage pickup in the morning.
· No parties, gatherings, or events.
· No additional guests, occupants, or visitors other than those listed on the reservation at any time. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
· The person booking the reservation must be present as you are responsible for your guests.
· Check out by 11:00am, late check out fee: $40. After 1 hour, the fee is the base rate for that day.
· No Smoking inside the house. No marijuana(leaves a strong smell) or illegal drugs. You will be charged $300.00 for additional cleaning if you do.
No firearms allowed
· No Pets. $1000 additional cleaning fee for each pet brought to the house. Pet(s) must be immediately removed from the property.
· Not suitable for children under 12 or infants.(breakable objects, outlets without covers, cleaners stored in lower cabinets without locks, glass table, no crib, no toys/games, etc.)
· An additional cleaning fee of 90$ can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
· Guests wary of bugs: Even though we have the house professionally cleaned after each guest and use pest control, we simply can't avoid the occasional critter(s) from breaking in. Leaving windows/doors open for long periods of time, allows bugs to enter the home. We don't offer discounts or refunds when this happens.
· No food or drink in any of the bedrooms. Guests will compensate host for any food/drink stains.
· You must have a valid working phone number on file. If we attempt to contact you and you have an invalid phone number or you do not respond to our messages, then that is grounds for the reservation to be terminated with no refund.
· Please double check for personal belongings before checkout. We are not responsible for items left behind or mailing them back to you.
