********** This house is our home all year round, and therefore with an experience where the spirit of the seaside emerges, in tones, architecture, but also distant lands, by green spaces in front, Japanese, with large pool, waterfall, koi carp, but closed in summer, if there are children, and behind more local color, with the possibility of eating in front and behind!The environment is calm, not overlooked, in a dead end, little noise, the cove and cliff, access to the sea 500m behind by the path, pebbles, but quiet swimming, and coastal path along!
Private path of 50m to the house, and therefore your stay will be facilitated by a large Living room, 65 m2, a large bedroom with 160 bed, bathroom, and a mezzanine floor of 12m2. 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, a children's room with two 90 beds. *** Beds with duvets, provide fitted sheets + duvet covers + square pillowcases. We have favored access for people with reduced mobility, but not at 100/100, there is a gentle slope for the front door, for an armchair, 1 bedroom door 90 cms. Bathroom door 90, and Italian shower, but a bit tight space. to turn a wheelchair, feasible but fair. Access to gently sloping or level gardens. We answer questions!
