Positive: A fantastic villa with amazing views, sheltered from the north easterly winds, a large pool good enough for some proper swimming, a hot tub with ample space for four people, loads of outdoor seating areas, a nice compact kitchen and comfortable lounge area with smart TV. Everything was perfect and Juani was very flexible and accommodating, especially with the hot tub times as we preferred to use it only in the evenings, so had it turned on later. A previous reviewer mentioned the hill: if you've driven anywhere in Gran Canaria you'll be used to hills and this one is steep but in good condition, so no problem at all. Location wise, it's perfect: Agaete and Sardina are within easy reach, Las Palmas too, and the south coast was about an hour away. Perfect. Oh and the pictures don't do it justice at all: the outside area is huge!
