Summary: This spacious one room apartment with bathroom is great for someone who does not want to stay in a traditional hotel/motel setting. It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. Check-in and check-out was painless and quick. Communications with the owner via WhatsApp was consistent and pleasant. Services were offered. Privacy was great. Room had smart TV, wifi, AC, shower had water heater. Only thing I would add is a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a chair. But I was already clear that the room didn't have these things by the pictures I saw. I stayed 5 days. No issues. I would rent again.
