Welcome to Villa des Ebihens in Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo, a dynamic resort on the Emerald Coast in Northern Brittany. Situated 15 minutes from Dinard, 20 minutes from Saint Malo and close to major attractions such as Cap Fréhel and the Ebihens archipelago.
This pretty, typically Breton vacation home is located in a small, quiet hamlet in the countryside. With a surface area of around 200m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people in its 6 bedrooms (one of which is on the garden level). It opens onto a pretty 700m² enclosed garden, facing south and sheltered from prevailing winds.
The house benefits from a 45m² extension housing an indoor swimming pool (7x3m) heated between 25°C and 28°C from April 1 to October 31. This room is separate from the living quarters and can only be accessed from the outside.

- Garden level:
The garden level comprises a convivial 45 m² space including: living room, dining room and open-plan kitchen, a scullery, a bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a shower room and a separate toilet, as well as a large entrance hall.
The living room and dining room open onto a terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. The garden is secure and you'll find play equipment for children.
- Second floor:
Upstairs you'll find the sleeping area with 5 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with two 90x200 beds, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160x200) and the "dormitory/playroom" with two 90x190 bunk beds and two single beds (90x190), a bathroom (bath, double basin) and a separate toilet.
Neighborhood:
The house is located 200 meters from the customs paths and 500 meters from the sea on foot (Pen Guen beach). It's the ideal compromise between the sea and the calm of the countryside, a perfect place to stay for families and reunions with friends.
