Lake front, 2-bedroom 2-bath updated condo with high-speed wireless internet overlooking the Grand Glaize bridge. Easy elevator access from Parking lot to unit, one step in or out of elevator area. We are located in a complex directly on the water at the 1mm of the Grand Glaize arm-10’ x 30’ boat slip without lift, available for use at no extra cost, located in no wake cove adjacent to gas station.
Condo sleeps 6 comfortably, king size bed in primary bedroom, queen size bed in guest room, with queen blow up air mattress and twin blow up mattress located in closets-all linen included with rental. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
A $75 cleaning fee will be charged, any damages are reported to VRBO where owner can make a claim that can be charged back to renter-if renter is assessed any rule violation fees from the association those charges will be paid by renter.
There is no trailer parking allowed at the complex; however, the state park at public beach 2 allows trailer parking. There is no charge for the first two days, it runs about $7 for 5 days and boat launch.
Kitchen is fully equipped with updated cabinets. Some of the amenities provided are coffee pot, filters, coffee, tea, sweetener, creamer, toaster, crockpot, blender, mixer, wine glasses, corkscrew, cookware, bakeware, dishes, plastic cups, silverware, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, saran wrap, gallon/quart/sandwich bags, aluminum foil, and paper towels.
Bathrooms have bath/shower combo with towels, hand towels, washrags, toilet paper, and travel sized toiletries provided.
Laundry provided, stackable washer dryer combo, including laundry soap, softener, and dryer sheets located in unit.
Association has a communal pool with tables/loungers that is open from Mid-May to Mid-September depending on weather. Dock A and Dock B have steps for lake swimming access, newly installed wave break. There are 4 beach towels provided in condo.
