4 Bedroom House in Paddock Lake, Salem

Welcome to Paddock Lake!
This completely remodeled lake house is ready for your stay! There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms to give everyone their own space. The house comfortably sleeps 12-15 guests and works well for multiple families.
Primary bedroom on the main level with private bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a half bath on the main floor. The second floor has 2 bedrooms that share a very large bathroom. Walk out level has the 4th bedroom with a full bath right across the hall.
Walk out level also has a wet bar with additional full size refrigerator (2 total in the house) as well as an additional living space.
Large deck on the main floor with a barbecue grill (no additional fee for propane). The lower walkout level has a covered patio so it can be used if it's raining. The back of the house faces west and has incredible sunset views from the deck.
The house is right on the lake and has a private pier. You’re welcome to bring your boat and tie up to it. The boat launch is right down the street. The lake is a full recreation lake; water skiing / tubing, fishing and swimming. There is a park and beach that abuts the property. The kids can be on the playground equipment and you can see them from the deck!! The entry to the water is all sand and pebbles.
The pier is generally put in the water around mid-April and removed mid-October (weather dependent).
Fully stocked kitchen. City water (no well).
There are 4 total TV's in the house. All of them have satellite service through DISH Network. There are sound bars in both living spaces and they are blue tooth enabled.
Includes all linens: bathroom towels, sheets, kitchen towels, beach towels.
Other amenities include 2 kayaks, stand up paddle board, various life jackets (child and adult sizes), inflatable water toys, fishing poles and various tackle. There is a Nintendo Wii and board games.
The house also has an outside charging outlet for your electric car (bring your own cable). The outlet is a standard NEMA 15/40 (50 amps).
