Living room, dining area, two fully equipped kitchens, laundry room with washer/dryer and outdoor grill. The home has it's own private boat dock with an elevated deck to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets every night. There's an option to rent the first floor of this home which has an identical floor plan including it's own screened in patio.
Small gated community along the Scenic Ridge Highway with a boat ramp. Very quiet and peaceful setting yet just a short drive to all the best that central Florida has to offer including golf courses, theme parks, and great shopping.
Walk out the back patio and step out onto the white sandy beach and clear waters of Crooked Lake. We have beach chairs and kayaks available to use.
