This villa is situated right on the seafront near the village of Esentepe, with stunning uninterrupted sea views and within walking distance of shops and a couple of restaurants. Air-conditioned throughout and furnished to a very high standard, the villa has 3 good sized bedrooms each with twin beds. The upstairs master bedroom with ensuite opens onto its own spacious terrace. Downstairs there are a further two twin bedrooms and a separate family shower room. The large lounge / dining / kitchen area is open plan, with breakfast bar and dining table and comfy sofas. There is a large plasma TV with DVD and wifi. Outside there is a private pool and a variety of comfortable outside seating areas to choose from.
The Lapis Development is situated in a peaceful location right on the sea front, next to Carrington’s Sea Magic development, near the village of Esentepe. The villas are within walking distance of many local amenities: supermarket, chemist, restaurant, café/bar and an ice cream café. You can walk down to the beach in less than 2 minutes. Carrington’s offices are situated nearby in Sea Magic, for any assistance you may need. There is a daily local bus service serving all locations between Esentepe and Kyrenia, but a car is also recommended to visit the many attractions, including the famous Alagadi turtle beaches, which are only 10 minutes drive away.

Summary: Villa looked stunning online and on arrival too ! Then noticed a bedroom doorframe falling off that was completely overrun with termites eating it away It was shocking !! Needs major work Bugs everywhere is not nice for anyone Plus broken furniture littered around - rattan table and chairs completely destroyed on the balcony , should have been binned not left A deckchair broken and left near the outside dining table Rusted broken hammock frame just left near the pool A sideboard near the door was broken and could see the bottom of it hanging down A dining chair was damaged and the bottom of it hanging down Bbq was so rusted and unusable Cable tv had all been lost and needed new equipment and retuning The villa booklet for guests was out of date and wifi code plus other things no longer correct No meet and greet , key in key lock so all fine but company didn’t come when They Agreed to meet us and we felt let down As had questions and wanted to Ask advise on the area We walked to the office but no one there to help The tv didn’t get sorted until our last day I was speaking to Alison all the way through the booking and then she had just left ! Ali was a good help but I felt that Alison would have been more attentive as she was brilliant all the way through and very helpful Was hoping to meet her and thank her We just felt that the villa is amazing and fix the problems and clear the broken items and replace some things , it could be stunning ! It needs money spending in our opinion The pics on the website are out of date
