This beautiful and bright holiday home is quietly located in a magnificent 2000 m² garden. The large terrace, facing south-west allows you to have pleasant meals outside and relax in the sun. On the neighboring land, 2 pretty sheep graze peacefully (please do not feed them). Ploumilliau is located near the border between Finistère and Côtes d'Armor. The small village is only 5 km from the vast beach of St. Michel en Grève and you will only need a few minutes by car to reach the first seaside resorts of the magnificent Côte de Granit Rose. On the Finistère side, you will visit the charming little resort of Locquirec, on the Côtes d'Armor side you will find, at equal distance, the small port of Locquémeau (15 km) and barely further, the beautiful seaside resort of Trebeurden, which marks the beginning of the Côte de Granit Rose. In the surroundings there are many hiking trails and beautiful excursions to make, to the famous pink rock formations of Ploumanach or the small medieval town of Lannion.
