Summary: When we arrived at the apartment, the front door was standing open, which was a little unsettling. It does have a lock and a keypad that work well, it just wasn't closed when we got there. This apartment was comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked. It had an amazing view of the ocean from the terrace, so we usually ate our meals on the terrace. There was also a really beautiful swimming pool just below the terrace, which unfortunately, this apartment is not allowed to use. We asked the apartment owner where we could use the pool, and the directions she gave were very confusing. After a lot of wandering, we finally found the pool and hot tub. It is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Also, for some reason the air conditioner was stuck on at a very low temperature (I can't remember for sure the number, around 63-ish). We were freezing! We again contacted the owner and she gave directions to fix it that didn't work. We ended up leaving the terrace doors open while we were there, which automatically shut off the air conditioning. The apartment is at the edge of the resort property, with no amenities but a view and a 5 minute walk to a pool and a hot tub. There are no restaurants within walking distance. We ended up driving into town to eat. There is a grocery store in town, so that was nice. All in all, a very beautiful apartment for a romantic getaway. Thank you for having us!
