Le Claud d'Amour has been designed to include many features of the local area. There are beautiful timber beams throughout, with exposed A-frames and solid oak flooring on the first floor. Le Claud d'Amour is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, and includes all the modern day facilities one would expect of a property of this stature. A large kitchen-diner including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, hob and oven. Utility room, washing machine, iron, ironing board. A good size lounge with satellite TV (UK only), Netflix English & French movies, DVD player with a selection of DVDs available and free Wi-Fi connection. Sleeping accommodation comprises of a Main bedroom with Emperor bed (super king size), together with a large en-suite comprising of a bath, wc and stand-alone double shower. Bedroom 2, double bed, Bedroom 3, twin beds, a shared Jack & Jill shower room with wc, double shower. There is also a shower room with wc and utility room on the ground floor. All towels, bed linen, tea towels and pool towels are included and provided free of charge.

Approximately 250m stroll down Chez Mondy lane is where you will find your 10m x 5m salt water system, solar heated swimming pool. And hot tub. The pool is only shared with Chez Mondy Gite, which is owned by us and advertised on the site for you to see. The pool will be yours to enjoy throughout your stay. The pool is set in a stunning location which enjoys almost 360 degree view, together with comfortable sun loungers, parasols. There are facilities to leave drinks near the pool. (The swimming pool will be open from 8am till 22hrs during the season). (The Hot Tub is open all year 8am till 22hrs).
