4. Cleaning is provided to restore the property, including cleaning of the premises and laundry by professionals. This does not include dishwashing, disposal of different waste, deodorization, etc. Dishes must be clean and put away. An additional fee of €25 will be charged for any extra expenses.
5. Bed sheets and towels are provided: change during the stay is available upon request with an extra fee.
6. Additional cleaning service is available for €50, to be requested before your arrival.
7. You will find some supplies for your arrival. The products for the rest of your stay are your responsibility.
8. Early arrival and late departure are possible with an additional fee, subject to availability.
9. Non-compliance with the house rules (presence of pets, smoking odors regardless of the source, etc.) will result in an additional €50 fee for management costs.
10. Heating and water should be used responsibly and according to the rules established by law. Their usage is intended for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. If we observe excessive consumption, such as an equivalent that doesn't match the number of guests, we will request reimbursement of the incurred expenses.
