Quiet, cozy, beautifully decorated and fully equipped townhome in Del Mar area of San Diego CA. 3 spacious bedrooms with a queen size bed in each. Master bedroom has its own bath with tub and double sinks and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Lots of light upstairs. The lower level has a fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need for a pleasant stay. Two living rooms and one of them with a 90 in tv with lots of channels. The bottom floor has an enclosed 2 car garage, laundry room and a desk area with a printer. The front porch has a fire pit and a bbq with comfy chairs and artificial grass. The area is one of the best in San Diego, in between La Jolla, Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe. Totally safe neighborhood and with a small shopping center with a market, restaurants, beauty salon and UPS just walking distance. Also walking distance there’s a park and a running track. The complex has a heated jacuzzi and a pool open from 9 to 10 pm every day. You will have an amazing time! Guaranteed.
