Your brand new 400 sq ft PENTHOUSE suite with 9ft ceilings at the front of the house directly over the garage is immaculate, centrally located, modern, and bright...in a highly desirable and safe community just outside of the downtown core near UVic. Your suite has its own separate entrance, is fully furnished with a new washer and dryer, brand new Sealy Posturepedic mattress with organic cotton sheets, and includes free parking in the driveway. It is very private, super quiet and south facing with beautiful views of the Olympic Mountains (located above the garage, up one flight of stairs) and includes cable, internet, full kitchen and kitchenware, and complimentary coffee and tea.
We are the Hawaii of North America and are located in a highly desirable, extremely central location in a 3 minute walking distance to all major amenities!
Your suite has its own ventilation and heat and air is not shared with the main house!
We are not on any main road and are in a quiet neighbourhood.
Your suite is located up one flight of brand new, composite stairs above our garage. Using the lockbox beside the door will allow you to self-check-in and check-out.
Your suite has high quality finishings such as quartz countertops, under cabinet lighting and Italian 12 x 24' porcelain tile in the bathroom and even a high end Grohe kitchen faucet!!!
Your kitchen is fully supplied with all new kitchenware and has a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
Your bedroom has a full size closet and brand new queen-sized plush mattress (Sealy Posturepedic Pillow-top--medium firmness) with organic, cotton sheets.
There are lots of oversized windows and all windows have window screens and blinds. Your living and bedroom floors are beautiful and bright, wide-plank, white and grey laminate. Your living room furniture is Bauhaus and the adjustable height island chairs in the kitchen are 100% genuine leather.
We value respect and cleanliness and will ensure your suite is extremely clean for you! Due to Covid, we are taking additional steps to insure your health well-being by disinfecting all high contact surfaces! We are committed to enhanced cleaning protocols as a result of Covid, as your health is very important to us!
There is a lockbox with a key to the suite at the top of the stairs mounted on the right hand side of the door. We will provide you with the code which changes after every guest(s)’s visit on the day of your arrival. This will allow you to self-check-in and out.
The property is walking distance to countless different amenities that truly separate us from other locations. We are a 45 second to one-and-a- half minute walk to multiple major bus routes including the 4, 8, 14, 22, 27, 28, a 2 minute walk to St. Michael’s University School and liquor store, 3 minute drive or bus to the University of Victoria, 3 minute walk to Camosun College, 2 minute drive to the Royal Jubilee Hospital, 4 minute walk to Hillside Mall (Walmart, Thrifty Foods, Starbucks, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Tim Horton’s, Canadian Tire, many fast-food restaurants, shopping stores, pubs, restaurants, banks, medical clinics and many other amenities), walking distance to Mt.
